I spent most of my working life as a musician and instrument builder. The
last ten years I have spent learning mathematics and physics. I am working
on my Ph.D. in applied mathematics at the University of Colorado at Denver
Mathematics department. I am currently supported by a grant from the
U.S. Navy to study methods of stabilization of cranes on ships. Below are
some of my interests.
Mathematics

Attractors
Algebraic Topology Dynamical
Systems Theory
Knot Theory
Non-Standard Analysis

I am also a luthier, and I make all

I learned the craft from

who is a mighty fine luthier himbadsef.
